Centra by Centara Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon was great in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The hotel staff were great too ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was impeccably clean and spacious. The modern bathroom with a hot shower was a great touch. We enjoyed the convenience of the 24-hour gym and the beautiful outdoor pool. The AC worked perfectly, providing a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. We appreciated the early check-in they accommodated for us, making our arrival hassle-free. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to Khao San Road. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary tuktuk rides to the bustling area. The hotel's ambiance was both beautiful and modern, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a balcony in the standard room and limited privacy due to glass doors in the bathroom, the positives far outweighed the negatives. Spacious rooms and courtyard. Excellent restaurant and bar selection with Starbucks cafe' and vending machine. Well-maintained pool with rooftop view. Convenient location for cabs and walking. Multiple nearby 7/11s. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The brand new building and modern facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including a warm chicken porridge and fresh fruit. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our suit room had a big window with a view of the high buildings of this city. The mini Gym and pool were fantastic and made our day even better. Although the next MRT was a bit of a walk, there were plenty of buses that stopped right in front of the hotel. The location was also convenient, close to many attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of taxis available and a shuttle bus from the airport. The nearby train station made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and clean, with adjustable air conditioning and a stable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection of both Western and Thai dishes, and the rooftop pool offered a fantastic view of the city.

The language barrier with the reception staff made communication a bit difficult at times.
